I've spent the last few years working on the eShop team, mainly in Vue.js, with Java on the backend side. Day to day, that means working closely with designers, backend devs, and product managers to ship features that actually hold together end to end — I run on Scrum, so a lot of my work is about keeping a team's moving pieces coordinated, not just writing my own code in isolation.
Before landing in frontend dev, I spent a few years on the design side — as a Graphic Designer at HYPERCODE, building social content and branding for clients, and earlier at Punchline, helping build the visual identity for an e-learning platform. That background still shapes how I think about frontend work: I care about how something looks and feels to use, not just whether it functions.
Outside of work, gaming has been a constant since I was a kid — I played Call of Duty competitively from the CoD2 days, raided in WoW since Burning Crusade (Cutting Edge achievement), and climbed to Diamond in League. It's part of where my competitive streak and my interest in systems and problem-solving both come from, and it's still where I unwind — sometimes streaming the process.
On the academic side: I finished my Multimedia bachelor's in 2018 and I'm currently finishing a Design and Multimedia Master's (dissertation pending). When I get the chance, I like building small things with React, Next.js, and occasionally Unreal Engine — mostly just to keep making stuff for its own sake.
